Fairfax/Northern Virginia workforce initiative: Workshops helping federal employees explore local-government roles, including IT and purchasing.
VEDP/“Intern Virginia” : A program that can help cover the cost of an intern, newly available to localities and limited to undergraduates.
ICMA Veterans Fellows Program: A three-month, Defense-funded placements for transitioning military personnel with transferable leadership and project-management experience.
